1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and vb8bet ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the vb8bet website located at https://vb8bet.club, including all services, games, betting products, promotional offers, and features made available through the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing.

5 Bonus and Promotional Terms

vb8bet offers promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback rewards, and seasonal promotions from time to time — including during BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh calendar. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is published.

• All bonuses are intended for recreational players. vb8bet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion.

6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the vb8bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, impersonating another player, or submitting forged documents for verification purposes.

vb8bet reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts in any case where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, at its sole discretion. Where account balances are forfeited due to confirmed fraud or abuse, the forfeited amounts will not be returned.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

vb8bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, identity theft, or money laundering activity
• Confirmed or suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software

• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring closure

Player-Initiated Closure

Dormant Account Policy

An account that has been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months will be classified as a dormant account. vb8bet will attempt to notify the account holder via the registered email address at least 30 days before applying dormancy status. A dormant account may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in and completing verification. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
